I’m Michelle, a private college advisor in the South Bay Peninsula.
I hold a B.I.D. in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California.
Spending 8+ years working within the design discipline, I have experience in high-end furniture design, start-ups, and big tech. I was a Product Designer at Meta for three years before traveling within the States and across the globe to learn from master craftsmen to gain fluency in ceramics, glassblowing, woodworking, metalworking, and textiles.
I started advising family and friends on college applications using a personalized approach to help them navigate a competitive application process.
By understanding how the system works, I defined bespoke strategies centered around my applicants’ strengths and interests.
The plans worked and delivered exceptional results that deeply satisfied them.
